Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep merchandise organized. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and ensure the floor is well-stocked while providing seamless checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
