Job summary

Boston Public Schools seeks an exceptional Physical Education Teacher who is highly qualified to join our community of learners and leaders. This is a long-term substitute position beginning 09/08/2026, with per diem pay at the start and eligibility for future lead assignments as openings arise.

The teacher will deliver engaging PE lessons, uphold high expectations, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Massachusetts Teaching License in Physical Education required.
• Must have authority to work in the United States by start date.
• Experience in urban schools preferred.
