Qualifications

• Associate Degree PTA required.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• Ability to document progress and communicate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments under supervision of a PT.
• Assist in development of treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
