Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a field relevant to the course(s) taught.
• Teaching experience at the college level.
• Experience with diverse student backgrounds and inclusive teaching.
• Familiarity with Canvas or other LMSs such as LMS platforms.
• Teaching experience at a community college and online teaching with OER.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for assigned mathematics course(s).
• Create and revise daily lesson plans.
• Maintain attendance and academic progress records.
• Grade quizzes/tests promptly and provide feedback.
• Utilize Canvas LMS to organize coursework and materials.
• Advise students before/after class or by appointment.
• Foster a professional learning environment and community.
