Job summary

Limelight Hotels’ Boulder property seeks an On-Call Banquet Server/Bartender to set up, serve, and break down events with prompt, courteous service. This role reports to the Banquets Director and supports both indoor and outdoor functions.

The position is part-time and on-call, with compensation of USD 16.82 per hour. Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and may benefit from TIPS certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of serving, bartending or food and beverage experience required.
• 1 year advanced beverage knowledge preferred.
• TIPS Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests warmly and professionally.
• Maintain positive communication with kitchen staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and relay feedback to management.
• Serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Set tables and verify proper setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of serving equipment and avoid breakage.
• Assist in emergency procedures as directed by management.
• Reset function rooms and perform side duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
