Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatch experience.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, preferably ServiceTitan.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy personality.
• Self-starter mentality with a fast-paced work ethic.
• Familiarity with coaching programs (Praxis S-10, Nexstar, Blue Collar Success Group, etc.) - preferred.
• HVAC or plumbing dispatch experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers and schedule service appointments.
• Enter and update customer data in dispatch software.
• Dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, skill set, and availability.
• Promote service agreements and sell accessories over the phone to drive revenue.
