Mercy in Lemay, MO seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our care team. You will perform OT assessments and develop treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.

The role requires a state license, CPR, and at least one year of experience across acute, rehab, outpatient, home health, or long-term care, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state OT license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient visits independently and in a timely manner.
• Perform OT assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document and communicate patient progress with team and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff and community partners to support patient care.
