Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate nursing courses in classroom, clinical, simulation, and/or online environments.
• Provide academic advising, support, and mentorship to nursing students.
• Engage in curriculum development, assessment, and program improvement aligned with accreditation standards (CCNE, AACN Essentials).
• Engage in scholarly activities including research, presentations, or publications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote student success through innovative teaching methods and learning strategies.
• Contribute to departmental, college-wide, and community service initiatives.
