Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an experienced RN to support a Med Surg Float Pool across Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, Pulmonary, Renal Dialysis, Vascular and Medical Telemetry units. You will implement complex care plans and monitor patient conditions in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires TN RN licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire, with a nursing diploma or equivalent licensure. Strong collaboration and patient advocacy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• RN licensure from Tennessee Board of Nursing is required.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement complex care plans across Med Surg Float Pool units.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
• Carry out orders for diverse patient populations from post-surgical to chronic conditions.
• Assist with discharge planning and ongoing care needs for patients.
