Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.

You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction, and assist the Property Manager as directed.

This role requires customer service and sales experience, and familiarity with community marketing and daily property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Manager as directed.
• Maintain lease files and records.
• Record traffic and convert at least 30% of traffic to leases.
• Assist in planning and implementing community marketing to generate traffic.
