Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins in Columbus, GA, is seeking a passionate Multi-Unit Manager to lead teams across multiple stores. You will drive guest experiences, ensure operational excellence and achieve top-line sales while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires proven QSR management, drive-thru experience, strong coaching, and a people-first leadership style. You will hire, train, and develop staff, monitor performance, and execute promotions and cost controls to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for guest interaction and supervision.
• Strong math and financial management skills for P&L awareness.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop their employees.
• Communicate job expectations to their employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees' performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
