Job summary

Jack's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage safety and quality standards in Indianapolis. You will oversee staff, control costs, train employees, and ensure excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on community engagement and store performance. Benefits include earned vacation, 401(k), and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have 1-5 years of management experience.
• Ability to positively influence others and build relationships.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage priorities.
• Willing to work 45-50 hours per week across days, evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
• Access to reliable transportation/insurance.
• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and be honest and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory to manage food cost and provide customers with quality products.
• Establish, maintain and enforce high performance standards and expectations.
• Complete administrative duties including banking, daily and weekly paperwork, checklists, etc.
• Foster an environment where team members are valued and respected.
• Recruit, train and supervise team members and promote for management roles.
• Responsible for correcting, disciplining and firing team members.
• Project labor and sales costs; maximize profitability with tools and systems.
• Develop rapport with the store's community and build local sales.
• Implement action plans to achieve objectives and measure results.
• Lead daily operations including phone, food prep, and customer engagement.
