Duties include reporting patrols, conducting security checks, securing access, and maintaining a professional appearance. Required: valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years in security, customer service or similar field.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit formal reports of each patrol performed.
• Maintain a highly visible presence and report unusual activity.
• Conduct security checks and inspect entrances/exits.
• Patrol and secure access areas of client premises.
• Lock and unlock areas per schedule.
• Document observations and actions taken.
• Adapt and innovate for maximum efficiency.
