Qualifications

• Excellent teaching and classroom management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication with students, families and colleagues.
• Praxis results and official transcripts required.

Responsibilities

• Teach district-approved curriculum.
• Plan a program of study and develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to student needs.
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques and media.
• Maintain proactive communication with students, families and school leadership.
