Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Education and a valid MI Teaching Certificate with a 6-12 Integrated Science endorsement or pursuing certification; a commitment to growth, strong classroom management and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with an Integrated Science (DI) 6-12 Endorsement, or pursuing certification.
• Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and commitment to growth.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver core science instruction aligned to students’ levels.
• Assess progress regularly and adjust instruction based on results.
• Communicate with parents/guardians on progress, behavior, and goals.
