Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; Masters degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality Common Core aligned lesson plans.
• Analyze and regularly review student assessment data to drive curricular and pedagogical choices and adjustments.
• Maximize learning time through effective classroom management.
• Provide an inviting, engaging learning environment using varied instructional techniques that accommodate all learning styles.
• Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset and flexible thinking when faced with challenges.
