Hebrew Public seeks a driven Middle School Science/Social Studies Teacher in New York to deliver standards-based instruction and monitor student progress. You will collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching practices in a diverse, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• K-12 lead teaching experience a plus.
• Experience in urban, public charter, or Title I schools is a plus.
• Hold NY teacher certification or working towards certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review student assessment data to guide curricular decisions.
• Maximize learning time through effective classroom management.
• Provide an inviting, engaging learning environment using diverse instructional strategies.

• Collaborate with faculty to ensure curricular coherence.
