Caesar Rodney School District is seeking an Additional Support Paraprofessional at Postlethwait Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must hold or be eligible for an Instructional Paraeducator Permit.

Pre-employment includes transcripts, resume, and three letters of recommendation, plus background checks and TB test. Salary is in accordance with Delaware state and local salary schedules; benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Instructional Paraeducator Permit.
• Option 1 requires HS diploma and testing scores.
• Option 2 requires an associate degree or 60 semester hours with grades C or better.
