Responsibilities

• Create a positive classroom culture aligned with Explore!'s values
• Plan and implement lessons based on Tennessee State Standards
• Design cross-curricular, project-based learning units
• Differentiate instruction to support all students including those with disabilities and ELLs
• Provide RTI interventions and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and volunteers to enhance learning
• Maintain regular communication with families through calls and conferences
• Share best practices with colleagues to support school-wide success
• Analyze assessment data to inform instruction
