Qualifications

• SKILLS: ability to apply assessment instruments and operate standard office software; maintain accurate records.
• KNOWLEDGE: familiarity with algebra/geometry concepts, lesson plan requirements, and child development stages.
• ABILITY: schedule activities, analyze data, and work with diverse individuals; maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom work to address individualized learning plans within lesson plans.
• Administers developmental testing programs and subject assessments to gauge student progress.
• Communicates with parents/guardians about student progress and improvement plans.
• Assesses student progress toward objectives and provides feedback to students, parents, and administration.
• Collaborates with staff, parents, and community resources to improve student outcomes.
• Coordinates field trips, transportation, and lesson plans to ensure availability of resources.
