Job summary

The West Chester Area School District is seeking a School Counselor for Stetson Middle School for December 2026 through May 2027. The counselor collaborates with administrators, staff, parents and students, delivering guidance curriculum and utilizing technology for communications and presentations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with PA certification is required.
• Proficiency in using technology for individual communication and research.
• Proficiency in presenting technology to enhance small and large student groups or staff sessions.
• Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interface diplomatically with teachers, administrators, parents, students, support staff and outside professional contacts.
• Possess the skills necessary to effectively implement the district guidance curriculum.
