Job summary

Orchard View Schools is seeking a Middle School Assistant Basketball Coach for Boys in grades 7 and 8. The position reports to the Athletic Director and is located at the Middle School. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preference given to candidates with coaching experience at the secondary level and strong basketball knowledge. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to help develop the basketball program year-round.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: coaching experience at the secondary level.
• Preferred: basketball knowledge and experience.
• Preferred: strong organizational and communications skills.
• Preferred: ability to assist in development of the Basketball program in and out of season.
• Preferred: ability to practice during designated times conducive to student schedules.
