Job summary

i3 is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage cloud and on-site technologies, configure virtual and physical machines, and monitor performance across a multi-platform environment. You will support RMF assessment packages and ensure security controls are in place.

Responsibilities include deploying software, managing Azure DevOps Server, and collaborating with the cyber team to provide end-to-end IT support. A DoD security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Windows Server installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies.
• Experience with security and RMF/ DISA STIGs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT systems and satisfy security requirements for stakeholders.
• Deliver direct customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Configure IT infrastructure following best practices and STIGs.
• Maintain server and system security and RMF accreditation packages.
• Monitor and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard data.
