Responsibilities

• Transcribe clinician dictations and notes into the EMR.
• Document patient encounters in the EMR system.
• Obtain missing information to complete physician charts.
• Gather and input patient data from external sources.
• Place calls to PMD offices, pharmacies, etc. as directed.
• Keep clinicians informed of results and troubleshoot delays.
