Job summary

Pinehurst Medical Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant who is certified or registered to float across clinics in Moore, Lee, Cumberland counties. You will escort patients, take vital signs, document charts, and support scheduling and front-desk tasks.

The position is regular full-time in Pinehurst, NC, with a day shift Monday through Friday; prior CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA certification and CPR/BLS are required or obtained within 90 days. Benefits and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Certification as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA required or obtainable.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and interview patients.
• Measure vital signs and record information in charts.
• Coordinate scheduling, answer phones, greet and register patients.
• Support front-desk and patient care activities; ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
