• Understanding of construction and mechanical contractor industry practices and their impact on project activities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects for plumbing, piping, and sheet metal.
• Forecast labor hours and schedule labor.
• Lead safety audits and plan for a safe job site from start to finish.
• Develop relationships with customers/owners/GCs and pursue new business opportunities.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and other team members.
