Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.

• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.
• AED certificate for Physical Education teachers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans for in-person, distance, and virtual learning.
• Plan instructional strategies, activities, materials, and technology per TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEP.
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals and supervise aides/volunteers.
• Sponsor extracurricular activities as assigned and be a positive role model.
