Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Manawa, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join a dynamic warehouse team. The role supports the efficient movement of materials and products, requiring attention to detail and safe operation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months to 3 years of material handling experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read and understand simple instructions in English. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 12 months to 3 years of qualifying material handling experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English.
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• GMP and Safety certification, Forklift/Raymond truck certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard and non-standard counterbalance lift equipment, turret truck lift equipment, and other necessary machinery.
• Adhere to all company and departmental guidelines, including safety and food safety protocols.
• Stack, load, and unload materials onto or off of pallets and skids using lifting devices.
• Maintain the condition of forklift equipment by performing routine checks and maintenance.
• Train for the use of the warehouse management system, including computers, scanners, and printers.
