Job summary

Bocar US is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair production machinery at its Tanner, AL facility. You will troubleshoot, repair and install mechanical and electrical equipment, read diagrams, operation manuals and specs, and operate hand and power tools to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires at least three years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience; PLC exposure and die-casting/machining background are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient reading/writing English and basic math.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install mechanical and electrical equipment per policies.
• Repair and maintain motors, pneumatic/hydraulic components, conveyors, and production line equipment.
• Read diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and testing instruments.
• Work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines.
