Job summary

Bocar US is seeking a Machining Maintenance Technician for our Tanner, AL facility to maintain and repair production machinery. You will work with minimal supervision, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to support continuous operations.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree with strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, plus experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. Safety-minded and communicative, you will be a valuable team member.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree Preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Attend to service calls with urgency and courtesy.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain machinery in optimal condition.
• Be proactive and provide support across plant areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisor, prioritizing safety.
• Contribute to maintenance KPIs: repair time, preventive routines, MTBF, costs.
• Evaluate equipment condition and detect potential failures timely.
• Use standard work instructions for adjustments on machining and assembly equipment.
