Job summary

Responsibilities include processing orders per SOPs, packing and shipping, coaching teammates, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced environment; customer service or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including creating, picking, packing, shipping, and put-away.
• Ensure efficient flow from receipt to delivery to internal/external customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members in training.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety/LEAN requirements.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.
