Qualifications

• CT LNHA license required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care leadership.
• Proven track record of operational success, census growth, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of all facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive census development and maintain strong referral relationships.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and outcomes.
• Lead survey readiness efforts and manage state/federal surveys.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders.
