Job summary

GRACE+EMMA is seeking an energetic live selling host who can turn viewers into customers across wholesale, D2C, and Whatnot platforms. You will present products with strong storytelling, demonstrate styling, and answer questions to close sales.

The role centers on selling, audience engagement, and growing the brand voice on live video. You’ll manage daily live sessions, create promotional content, and collaborate with marketing and design to feature new arrivals and promotions.

Qualifications

• Naturally charismatic and confident on camera with strong customer focus.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to close sales and drive revenue.
• Comfortable going live multiple times daily and maintaining energy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, self-motivated and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with live commerce platforms (Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live) is a plus.
• Previous retail sales or on-camera hosting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host high-energy live selling sessions daily for wholesale boutiques.
• Showcase products, explain fit, answer questions, and drive urgency to purchase.
• Develop and execute live shopping events across platforms.
• Grow GRACE+EMMA presence on social channels and live platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales to highlight new arrivals.
• Track performance metrics and optimize selling techniques over time.
• Support wholesale partners to increase sell-through and revenue.
