Job summary

Freeman Company, Alford Media division, seeks an Account Manager to coordinate with design, production, and clients on live event projects. The role is in-office and on-site in Dallas, TX, requiring strong client interaction and project organization.

Two years in live events is preferred, along with a degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Salesforce is advantageous. Occasional travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• Minimum two years of account management experience in live events preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain and update internal processes, schedules and communications.
• Schedule and manage account, design and production meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate show requirements with technical teams and project management.
• Manage client estimates and invoicing for projects.
• Oversee small project management tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site support and client relations.
