Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Legal Assistant experience.
• Experience in Insurance Defense or high-volume Personal Injury litigation required
• Experience communicating directly with insurance adjusters strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with e-filing and legal document management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support for a team of attorneys
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
• Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and other parties
• Maintain case files and document management systems
• Perform electronic court filings in state and federal courts
• Assist with discovery, case tracking, and litigation support activities
• Ensure all deadlines and court requirements are met accurately and timely
