Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to details.
• Extensive knowledge of court rules, practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with common paralegal software and office tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Relativity, Excel, InTapp.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze to assist attorneys with drafting and revising court papers and exhibits.
• Draft and revise routine legal documents for attorney review and approval.
• Compile and prepare draft discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation with clients and attorneys.
• Assist with calendaring court dates, scheduling hearings, and arranging court reporters.
• Electronically file legal documents in State and Federal Courts and ADR forums.
