Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, taking depositions, and managing a substantive caseload, with opportunities to participate in mediations and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Missouri licensed attorney required.
• Proficient with Lexis and MS Office.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience navigating hearings.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, discovery and legal memoranda.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct legal research.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review client documents, draft case evaluations and prepare status reports.
• Assist with mediations, pretrial conferences and court appearances.
• Interact with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues and staff.
• Manage a substantive case load.
