Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vegetable and sauce prep.
• Line cook during service under chefs.
• Prepare ingredients for regular menus and specials.
• Plate dishes per chef’s specifications.
• Monitor inventory and inform when items need ordering.
• Keep station organized, stocked, and clean.
• Assist others during busy periods.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and dishwashing.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
