Qualifications

• Master of Library Science (MLIS) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree plus substantial management experience may be considered in lieu of MLIS.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible library experience, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage all aspects of the library in conformity with policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership for Bridge Memorial Library and North Walpole Branch Library.
• Engage with staff, trustees, town leadership, and the library community to advance services.
