Job summary

The Walpole Town Library (Walpole, NH) seeks a dynamic Library Director to lead the Bridge Memorial Library and North Walpole Branch Library. Based in a historic New Hampshire village near the Connecticut River, the role offers an opportunity for independent leadership and community impact.

Responsibilities include planning, directing, and managing all library operations in line with Trustee policies and state law.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible library experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience with financial and planning responsibilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff, patrons, the Board of Trustees, and Town leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage all library operations in conformity with Trustee policies and municipal/state laws.
• Lead the Bridge Memorial Library and North Walpole Branch Library.
