This role involves handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person, coordinating tours, processing applications, collecting deposits, and maintaining CRM records while upholding high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a sense of urgency and follow up promptly on all prospective leads, setting appointments, tours, obtaining applications and closing the lease/sale.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Competence in navigating web-based and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and sms messages related to sales inquiries and service requests from residents.
• Greet and assess needs of prospective residents and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads and close leases, using the CRM to maintain engagement.
• Process applications, verify information, and manage lease paperwork and deposits.
