Property Managers Inc is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Iowa. You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients, market and show properties for rent, and prepare leases or renewals for tenants.

You will coordinate maintenance, communicate with investors on property updates, and handle tasks such as applications, notices, and collections, with a focus on resident retention in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• High energy and positive attitude; enjoys working with people.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Market and show properties for rent through our various platforms.
• Prepare leases and lease renewals for new and existing tenants.
• Coordinate needed maintenance with a maintenance coordinator.
• Communicate with investors and provide updates on their investment properties.
• Misc leasing tasks such as processing applications, preparing notices, collections.
• Resident retention.
