Qualifications

• Strong sales/Leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present features of the community.
• Tour apartment homes and secure lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and residents.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
• Provide follow-through with Property Manager to coordinate maintenance and show units.
