Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Kentucky to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will handle leasing for new residents, ensure resident satisfaction, and secure lease renewals throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, background checks, move‑in coordination, resident follow‑up, and collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have licenses as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications and conduct background checks.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic via online platforms and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using OneSite, Yardi, etc.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters/packages and coordinate renewals ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and document requests.
