Hayes-Gibson-Property-Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to greet prospective residents, show apartments, and guide them through the leasing process.

You will manage paperwork, maintain unit availability, and nurture relationships with residents while meeting occupancy goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process.
• Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence.
• Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, record-keeping, and keep units available.
• Build Relationships: Foster relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
