Clear Investment Group is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent in Shreveport, LA, to maximize occupancy and ensure resident satisfaction. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to the move-in coordination while delivering exceptional experiences for prospective residents.

The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The role offers a full-time, on-site position and competitive compensation including health benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in leasing, retail, or hospitality.
• Previous experience in apartment leasing or residential property management is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk the property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents during tours.
• Present available units and community amenities effectively.
• Accurately process lease applications in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with on-site and digital marketing efforts.
• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents.
