• Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Provide timely legal advice and client updates.
• Communicate with court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel with professionalism.
• Participate in file reviews and litigation activities including trials, depositions, and mediation.
• Attend continuing legal education to maintain expertise.
