• Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently perform tasks, skills, duties, procedures and responsibilities according to Medical Center Policy and Procedure.
• Demonstrates ability to assess/interpret age-specific data.
• Encourages involvement of patient/family/significant other in decision making related to plan of care.
• Performs priority procedures for the assigned patients or areas safely within scope of practice and hospital policy.
• Acts as a resource for all procedures for the assigned patients or areas.
