Wonder is hiring Team Members to prepare menu items to Wonder standards and to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help with meal-kit and delivery operations, greet guests, and ensure accuracy of orders. The role emphasizes high-energy teamwork and strict adherence to food-safety guidelines across shifts.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with a supportive environment and opportunities for growth into Trainer or Supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain where required.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing food to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and organized.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines including proper temperatures and storage.
• Maintain sanitation and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment during shifts.
