Responsibilities include operating wash stations, organizing clean wares, and assisting with food prep as needed. Prior dishwasher experience helps, but dedication and teamwork are valued equally.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwasher role preferred but not required.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, and dishes.
• Sort and stack cleaned items for kitchen staff.
• Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Assist in organization and storage of clean dishes and cooking implements.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Notify supervisors of equipment issues or supply shortages.
